Welcome to the Canadian Pilates Method Society

We’re so glad you’re here.

The Canadian Pilates Method Society (CPMS) exists to support, preserve, and promote the Pilates Method across Canada. We honor its classical roots while embracing the diverse ways Pilates is practiced today in studios, clinics, community spaces, and beyond.

Our Board is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about education, integrity, accessibility, and the growth of the Pilates community. Together, we work to create standards, foster dialogue, and build opportunities that serve practitioners, educators, and the public alike.

Whether you’re new to Pilates, a long-time student, a healthcare partner, or a professional in the field, we welcome you. We believe in the power of Pilates to support rehabilitation, wellbeing, and lifelong movement and in the importance of community to make that impact stronger.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us.
